PARTICIPANTS at our Goole programme, funded by the Drax Foundation, treated more than 30 guests to a special Café Day at the stunning Saltmarshe Hall.
The team planned the meal in recent programme sessions, including creating their own menus, before preparing and cooking three courses for their guests on the day of the event.
