

THE team at CatZero were delighted to showcase the talents of its CRF (Community Regeneration Fund) participants and colleagues from Beyond Food Foundation, London, as they cooked a fantastic three-course meal at Grimsby Town’s McMenemy’s Suite.
Everyone did an amazing job, serving an array of tasty dishes to local dignitaries, members of the Fishmongers’ Company, key seafood sector business representatives, the Icelandic ambassador to the UK Sturla Sigurjónsson, and Saturday Kitchen chef Matt Tebbutt.
The CatZero and Beyond Food teams did themselves proud, both in the kitchen and serving at the front of house, guided by celebrity chef and Brigade Bar and Kitchen restaurant owner Simon Boyle and Beyond Food Trainer Chef Leon Seraphin.
